Hogg has been at the company since 1995.White & CaseWhite & Case is expanding its 12-person team in Singapore with the transfer of partner David Barwise from London. Barwise will be based in Asia from February next year and will be working on banking, capital markets and restructuring.He has extensive experience in structured products, real estate investments and emerging markets. The transfer follows the relocation of many of White & Case’s banking clients personnel to Asia.Entertainment OneEntertainment One has announced several board changes with the appointment of Ronald Atkey as non-executive director and Clare Copeland as senior independent director. Atkey is a lawyer with experience in many cases involving the regulation of Canadian cultural industries. Clare Copeland has been a non-executive director since its listing in 2007.TUI TravelTUI Travel has created a new post of development director of the education division to which it has appointed Steve Clift, who will start in his new role on 1 December.Having worked for the past two years on mergers and acquisitions and expanded the company’s presence in Russia, Clift will now be reporting to the division’s chief operating officer Paul Hawkes. Clift will be responsible for strategic planning for the firm’s Education Division. He previously worked for Virgin.Advanced Medical SolutionsFrom January next year, the board of Advanced Medical Solutions Group will have a new member as Chris Meredith, chief operating officer since January 2010, is promoted to chief executive officer.Meredith will replaced Don Evans, who has been CEO since 2000, but Evans will remain on the board in his new role as a non-executive director.
