The main dimensions of the vessel are 17m x 5m x 2m x 1.2m draught and approximately 35 tonnes displacement. The vessel is to be of fibre glass construction, with maximum speed of 35 knots, normal running speed of 25 knots, fitted with engines of high performance/ weight ratio, with diesel engine screw propulsion/ water jet .The vessel should have accommodation facilities for 4 persons besides 4 crew members for 4 days voyage endurance, of which 50 hours shall be at the maximum speed. The boat shall comply with the rules of construction as applicable under DNV.
